How do I start shopping?

Check this step-by- step shopping instructions:

1. When you have found a product on the website that you would like to buy, please click on the button labelled add to cart. This will add your Product to a virtual shopping cart.

2. To change what’s in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click on the button labelled edit cart.

3. To remove a product from your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled remove by the product.

4. To add more products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled continue shopping.

5. To pay for the products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click the button labelled check out.

Payment is accepted via Paypal. Paypal is very easy to use and a safe payment platform. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can also use PayPal to pay by debit/credit card.

6. When you click the check out button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the product(s) to you.

You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen.

We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How do I use my coupon/promo code?

At checkout simply type the promotional code in this text field. Submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.

Can I use more than one coupon/promo code?

Unfortunately, coupons or promo codes are currently limited to one code per order online.

How much does shipping cost?

Items are shipped using Certified Spanish Post service with tracking except to the US and Australia where parcels are sent by regular mail. US Post and Australia Post are no longer tracking packages sent from Spain for that reason the shipping costs to these countries are cheaper.

Spain: 4.00€

European Union member states, US and Australia: 5.00€

Outside European Union (flat rate): 6.50€

I can't find my tracking information. Can you resend it?

When will my order ship?

We process our orders fast! All orders with in-stock and available inventory will ship within three days of receipt.

What if i change my mind, how can I change or cancel my order?

It happens! You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact me.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is placed along with your shipping tracking link.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Delivery time is about 3-4 business days for Spain and 6-8 business days for Europe. For the United States, Canada and Australia the average delivery time is from 2 to 3 weeks but can take a bit longer if delayed at customs.

If you have a strict deadline, please make your purchase with a lot of time before the event, I cannot predict the postal unexpected checks or delays.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more?

If there is a design you are interested in but it is sold out. Maybe I can make one for you. Just email me at oddfibulae@gmail.com to figure out if it is possible, it will depend of the availavility of materials

My order is wrong, or it’s just not right. What can I do?

We’re sorry! Let’s fix this, please contact me as soon as possible to start with the refund process

How can I return something to you?

You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery. You can return your online purchase by mail, first of all, please contact me to star the return & refund proccess asap. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

My order hasn’t arrived or has arrived damaged. What can I do?

I consider that a package is lost if it wasn’t delivered in 40 days after shipping.

Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered. I will ship a replacement or make a refund for lost mail.
