Christmas has come and gone for another year, and a new year is about to dawn. I hope that everyone has happy holidays.
I’m taking a mental year-end inventory, looking back at the year is ending and taking stock of where I am and where I’m not and looking ahead to set new intentions, goals, and plans. I think everybody out there is doing the same.
This year 2017 I wanted to share what my months look like (it was an experiment). It has been a nice routine and I’ve enjoyed reading again because sometimes we have the sensation of doing not enough during the year, and I must say that I did a lot of things! I closed some projects and open new ones.
And basically, I learned one important thing: I’m not a robot and I need a rest!*
I talked before about how much I enjoy learning cool new stuff, but it is not an excuse for me to not stop.
As we all know, most of those wonderful plans for the upcoming year will go unfulfilled. So I decided to work on just one: chose activities that will make me feel energized and healthy (I mean a healthy sense of self that incorporates a realistic understanding of our strengths and our shortcomings).
What about you?
