Good bye April! My month was something like that:
New oven: Finally we have a new oven and to celebrate I made some epic cheesy garlic bread. Here is the recipe from foodnetwork, it is very simple: Halve a loaf of Italian bread lengthwise, then crosswise. Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic and 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano; brush on the cut sides of the bread and toast 10 minutes at 400 ºF. Mix 2 tablespoons grated parmesan and 1 cup each shredded asiago and mozzarella; sprinkle over the bread and bake until melted, about 15 more minutes.
Little trip: Again, a little trip to North Spain, looking for a house to live. we are dealing with a good internet connection as we work online it is mandatory, but difficult to find in the countryside.
A new retailer from Shanghai: Now you can buy the Odd Fibulae jewelry in Shanghai. Cool, right?
Pina lost her crest on the back: Apparently, their crest was not “natural”, many dogs develop an extra hair to warm themselves up. She was living in the street so she has been very cold. Now that she is warm and safe crest is gone!!

☆ I’m a big fan of Oleg Oprisco. He is a brilliantly talented photographer from Ukraine, who creates stunning surreal images of elegant women in fairy-tale or dream-like settings. the best part is that he use an old 50$ film camera!!!
